Lower and upper eyelid aesthetics are among the most frequently performed plastic surgeries. It is mostly preferred to be performed with local anesthesia. However, rarely some patients prefer general anesthesia. Sagging eyelids and bags due to fat are removed. If there is not much excess skin in the bags on the lower eyelid, fat is removed through an incision made inside the lower eyelid and laser application is preferred to tighten the skin.
